Every Bar in Pittsburgh

• As of 7/15/2025 I have visited 372 bars within the Pittsburgh city limits.
• Working back from 2022 liquor license data, there appear to be approximately 465 bars in the Pittsburgh city limits.  Reviewing my to-do list for the city as of 7/15/25 I have identified 480. The great majority of these are open only in the evening, which make them a bit more difficult for me to get to.

• I believe I completed this project with the proviso that, as it is a moving target, there would always be new bars that I haven't yet visited.
• At any one time within the city limits of Seattle there are around 900 bars (as I define them).
• There are between 60 and 120 new bars each year in Seattle. 

Every Town and City in Idaho

• As of 8/24/21 I have visited 102 of Idaho's 201 cities, had a drink in 90 of them, 10 had no bar, and 2 had bars closed during my visit.
• As of 5/23/21 I have been to 86 of Idaho's 201 cities, had drinks in 76 of them, 9 had no bar, and one had bars closed during my visit.
